Project: Lumberbank Bulk Store Co-operation was the key to the success of this contract, which comprised the construction of a structural timber warehouse over a sealed yard that needed to continue operating through the course of the project. The building was timber-framed to reflect the nature of the client’s business, using large timber box girders in lieu of structural steel. These needed to be measured, cut and assembled on the ground, and then hoisted into place.
