Project: Volt on Queen This two year project was due for completion in January 2007 however was completed ahead of time and handover was early December 2006. It consists of 417, 2 bedroom apartments and 7 retail shops. The Volt apartment and retail development take up a commanding position in Queen Street in the Auckland CBD, some of the most sought-after real estate square footage in the country.
