Project: Federal Apartments This project was completed in July 2008. The apartment complex consists of 151 two bedroom apartments and two retail shops. Its precast structure with various cladding materials take on a similar appearance to the Volt apartments on cnr Queen Street and Mayoral Drive and utilising the same consultancy team.
