Project: Garrison Public House Scarbro was contracted to build the interior of the Garrison Pub and erect the exterior canopy / pergola. The time frame available for these works was 11 weeks. This was quite a challenge as we had to construct a mezzanine floor to create effectively a two-storey fit-out over part of the area. We managed our own building works and subcontractors (approx $850k) as well as the client’s direct contractors such as fit-out joinery, cool stores, TV and video systems, beer supply lines (for a further approx $600-700k). We also had to coordinate our works with those of Multiplex who were the main contractors for the whole centre. |
