Tri-Star Gymnasium
This is a joint venture between Auckland City Council and Tri Star New Zealand. Unlike other sporting venues, this gymnasium will be dedicated specifically as a training and gymnastic facility and aims to encourage sporting enthusiasts in many areas. It incorporates a modern, open plan gym area with associated support offices and changing facilities. This project was completed in July 2007.

Microsoft Head Office
This project was completed in August 2006. This 14,500m2 building consisting of 6 levels of commercial offices and retail plus two subterranean levels of car parking, is built of reinforced concrete structure with a façade mix of architectural precast concrete and glazing.

OB6
An inner-city site with difficult access posed a number of challenges in the course of this four-level office development. The building was constructed using precast concrete panel exterior walls with much of the final detail cast into the panels.

Vodafone House
Initially this project involved partially demolishing an existing building, strengthening the remaining structure, and then adding an additional floor, new facade and an adjacent three-level carpark. Scarbro was then also contracted by the client to carry out the interior fitout.

Lumberbank Bulk Store
Co-operation was the key to the success of this contract, which comprised the construction of a structural timber warehouse over a sealed yard that needed to continue operating through the course of the project. The building was timber-framed to reflect the nature of the client’s business, using large timber box girders in lieu of structural steel. These needed to be measured, cut and assembled on the ground, and then hoisted into place.

Scarbro Construction's attention to detail and level of workmanship earned this TCL Izuzu Truck's building project the category winning status as Registered Master Builders House of the Year 2005 gold award winner in the Commercial Category under $2 million.
