Eclipse Apartments
This 14-storey apartment building is due for completion in July 2009 and will consist of 174 apartments. Scarbro Construction is once again delighted to be partnering with Conrad Properties on this project.

Federal Apartments
This project was completed in July 2008. The apartment complex consists of 151 two bedroom apartments and two retail shops. Its precast structure with various cladding materials take on a similar appearance to the Volt apartments on cnr Queen Street and Mayoral Drive and utilising the same consultancy team.

Aura Apartments
Scarbro Construction was once again delighted to be partnering with Conrad Properties Ltd to construct this 16-storey 220-unit residential apartment building on the corner of Cook & Nelson Sts. This project was completed in October 2007.

Volt on Queen
This two year project was due for completion in January 2007 however was completed ahead of time and handover was early December 2006. It consists of 417, 2 bedroom apartments and 7 retail shops. The Volt apartment and retail development take up a commanding position in Queen Street in the Auckland CBD, some of the most sought-after real estate square footage in the country. An article is to appear in Trends Magazine, March 2007 issue.

C-VU Apartments
A three-level building had to be demolished before construction could begin on this 12-level development. The structure’s irregular, boomerang shape made for a technically challenging façade construction.
