Scarbro Property Maintenance was established by Scarbro Construction in 2002, recognising the desire for property owners & occupiers to actively manage their commercial property assets. We enjoy the support and backing of the Scarbro Group of Companies but operate independently, allowing us to focus on our niche market.

 

We have a number of repeat clients who enjoy working with us because we are easy to deal with, professional and provide smart & efficient solutions for them, minimising disruption to their business.

We are a construction-based company with people skilled in general building maintenance, carpentry, management of specialist sub-trades & consultants, estimating, project management and construction management.

We work with you to identify causes of problems and the remedial options, providing smart, simple solutions.

We can provide reliable budget & feasibility advice for those “possible” jobs, with or without plans. Don’t pay for costly design if it may not proceed, we can interpret your rough sketches. We can also provide cost/ benefit analysis of both the short-term & long-term options.

We can be left alone to manage the works. We follow up with you to update you on progress and let you know when the job is complete. You don’t have to manage us.

Our maintenance carpenters are on the tools & supervise at the same time – keeping the overhead costs down. We keep the design work simple & necessary – just enough to communicate scope & obtain consent – keeping the peripheral costs down.

We recognise the absolute need to minimize disruption to our client’s or their tenant’s operation, either through the professional & efficient way we carry out our work or by the prompt resolution of maintenance issues causing disruption.

We can respond to urgent call-outs the same day. For project work, we provide detailed programmes identifying start & finish dates, lead-times, etc. We fix it quickly & efficiently where we can with our own maintenance carpenters & subcontractors and call on the specialists only where necessary.
